Sex & Identity Exploration
Making space to understand who you are, what you want, and how you want to be seen
When the story you were given doesn’t match the one you're living
Maybe you’ve always felt out of sync with the messages you were taught about sex, gender, or relationships. Maybe you've carried silent questions about your identity, your body, or your desires for years and you’re just now ready to say them out loud. Or maybe things that once felt clear no longer do, and you're unsure where to turn.
Whether you're navigating shifts in identity, unpacking old belief systems, or finally naming something that’s been true for a long time, you deserve a space where nothing needs to be fixed, and everything gets to be explored.
Presence. Permission. Possibility.
Why exploring & identity matters
Sexuality, gender, desire, and personal identity are deeply intertwined. When these parts of us are shaped by shame, trauma, or cultural conditioning, they can become hard to access or trust. But they don’t disappear. They wait patiently for us to return.
Exploring your sexual identity isn’t about checking a box or fitting a label. It’s about getting clear on what feels aligned now and giving yourself permission to grow, shift, and expand. This work creates space for that unfolding, without assumptions or judgment.
Who this work is for
This space is for anyone questioning, evolving, or reclaiming parts of their sexual or relational identity. It may be for you if:

What we’ll explore together
Unpacking what shaped you and reconnecting to what feels true now
This process is deeply personal. Together, we’ll hold space for questions, grief, discovery, and relief. Our work may include:
Identifying how culture, family, or systems have shaped your story
Naming what feels true for you in terms of desire, identity, or orientation
Working through internalized shame or fear
Exploring how trauma or past relationships have impacted your connection to self
Making room for fluidity, nuance, and complexity
