Over the years, I’ve watched so many people build full, beautiful lives, degrees earned, careers shaped, relationships nurtured, only to quietly wonder why they still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of sync with themselves.
Re-Storying Yourself
I know that feeling. I’ve lived it too.
It’s easy to believe that if you just do all the “right” things, peace and clarity will naturally follow. But sometimes, even after working so hard, something still feels off. Life doesn’t feel quite like your own.
That’s where re-storying begins.
This isn’t about rewriting your entire past or pretending hard things didn’t happen. It’s about returning to the places where your voice got quiet, where your needs went underground, where your story started being shaped by survival instead of choice. It’s about asking:
What parts of my story no longer fit? And what kind of life feels more true now?
I grew up in a small, rural town.
My life now looks nothing like it did then. And yet, what I’ve learned is that change in geography or circumstance doesn’t automatically bring healing. It’s connection, support, and the willingness to turn toward your story, with curiosity and care, that makes the difference.
In this work, I hold space for people who are navigating transitions, feeling the impact of old wounds, questioning long-held beliefs, or simply wanting more room to be themselves. Together, we take an honest, compassionate look at what’s been shaping your life and what might be possible if you chose to shape it differently.
